ArchAgent is a division of Arch Telecom, Inc that develops and offers telecom and internet based technologies to real estate professionals. Services include:
This application was developed to serve both consumers and professional agents.
Both users have complete access to local real estate listings via their smartphone or web enabled mobile device. Native applications are available for the iPhone, Android and Blackberry platforms. Any other web enabled mobile device is supported by our WebApp implementation. The application can search based on the users current location (accurate to within a few dozen feet) or based on criteria submitted by the user.
In addition to self supported searches, consumers can share properties they like, save searches or properties, take notes and use many other features that add fun and power to searching for homes. In addition, the consumer is provided with a Host Agent and an easy way to contact him or her for additional information about any specific property.
Professional agents are provided access to additional non-public information about properties ( such as showing instructions ) to add convenience to their work in the field. Agents can provide their buyers with the application to enhance their home search experience and to allow their agents to conveniently communicate with them about properties they like. Agents may also have the opportunity to work with unaffiliated consumers for whom theyÕve been selected as Host Agent.
For more information, contact ArchAgent at the contact points listed above.
These terms are incorporated in the ArchAgent Universal Terms of Service for users of the ArchAgent Mobile Real Estate Search Application.

If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
ArchAgent processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America. We do not currently operate in other countries.
Where you have shared personal contact information to use a service, you will have the option (as part of the service) to review and control the information stored in your ArchAgent Account.

ArchAgent only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of ArchAgent in the following limited circumstances:
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to ArchAgent employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. Because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
ArchAgent regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is ArchAgentÕs policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between ArchAgent and an individual.

We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.
